About the Heads of Delegation:
- The song must have been published on YouTube or any other platform - it can be a music video, a live performance or just a picture.
- The song may be in any language.
- ESC or JESC are not allowed. Entries from NF that are out of the race to become Eurovision entries of their country are allowed.
- You may enter songs of former or current Eurovision artists.
- It doesn't matter how old your song is.
- Covers are not allowed.
About the artists:
- The artist must have, at least, first degree descendent from the country they are representing (father from the original and mother from another one, or the other way around).
- The artist must be alive.
- In case of a band, there must be a 33% of the group from the represented country.
- Specific cases might be accepted (the artist has a very strong relationship with the country or they have been living there for some years). So, if there is a very close link even though the singer is not from the country representing (e.g. Serhat for San Marino), the artist will be able to represent that country. Information confirming the link might be required.
- You may enter songs of former or current Eurovision artists.
Voting:
- You MUST send your points e-mail to: [email protected] or fill the voting form
- Each player must create a top from 1 to 25 (in case of the Grand Final), or from 1 to 17/18 (in case of SF, depends on how many countries are).
- If you do not vote in time you will lose your score and you will get disqualified forever.
- Strategic vote is not allowed. You must vote according to the voting criteria.
- In the unlikely event that two or more songs are tied for first place, the rules of the Eurovision Song Contest apply: The country having recieved votes from most countries wins. If the two countries also received votes from the same amount of countries, the country having gotten more 12, 10, 8, 7... points will be the official winner.
- If you post your points (e.g. on the official YouTube recap) you might be disqualified. The points can only be send through e-mail or through the voting form and in a private message.
Countries:
- Some countries may "borrow" artists from bigger countries as their musical scene is not very big or dependent on a bigger neighbouring country. Check out the List of Countries section to know which ones.
- Only European and EBU countries are accepted.
- Other countries further than the ones in the list WILL NOT be accepted (e.g. China, US...). If there is a country who is part of the EBU and close to Europe but has not participated in the ESC, get in touch and we will discuss their participation.
- Special occasions may invite new countries (e.g. 10th anniversary).
About the Heads of Delegation:
- You can only enter with one country.
- If you wish to keep taking part in the contest, you must confirm your participation before the following edition starts.
- In case of not confirming, your country will be set free.
- In case of disqualification (e.g. invalid votes, fraud or no-voting) you will not be able to take part in the contest anymore.
